1. Payment Policy

- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your shipment.
3. Pickup / In-Store Collection
Customers in the local area can choose to pick up their order directly from our store. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with the pickup details. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation for verification.
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product, it must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Contact our support team to initiate the exchange process.
5. Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns for unused products within 14 days of delivery. To process a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- Ship the product back in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
